match it or refund your money. Period.
Vacation packages purchased through
TravelBargains.org are guaranteed to be the lowest price
available. If you can find a lower price for the exact same
package over the same dates, TravelBargains.org will refund
you the difference or cancel your reservation without any
penalty. Should you find a lower price, contact us with 48
hours of booking your TravelBargains.org package.
How It Works:
- You must have already purchased a
package through TravelBargains.org or one of its affiliates
within 48 hours of making a claim.
- At the time of the claim, the identical
package must be available for booking. It must include a
hotel of the same classification, be over the same dates,
the same room type, and the same value added amenities.
- You will be contacted by the end
of the next business day with a response via e-mail.
- In the event that a credit or refund
is to be made, a credit will be made to the same credit
card that was used to purchase the package. Depending on
the credit card company, a credit will normally take 5 to
7 business days to show on your statement.
- Some black out dates may apply.
- Bed type and smoking preference not
guaranteed.
