This promotional vacation package is offered by Travel Bargains, LLC, an unaffiliated independent contractor of SVC-West, L.P., for the purpose of introducing the Shell Vacations Club and Shell Owners Club-West vacation club membership products. This is a targeted promotion designed to appeal to individuals most likely to purchase vacations club memberships. While Shell Vacations will sell to any individual regardless of race, age, sex, marital status, physical condition or sexual preference, to take part in this promotion and obtain any promised gift or incentive, participants in this promotion must meet the requirements as specified below:

To be eligible for this offer you must meet the following requirements:

• Attend and complete (both parties of a couple) an informative approximately 90-minute tour and Vacation Ownership sales presentation.

• Be a resident of one of the following states: Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota or Washington.

• U.S. or Canadian citizen(s).

• Of legal age or older (If married or a cohabitating couple, one party of the "couple" shall meet the age requirement).

• Possess a gross annual income of a minimum $60,000. (married or cohabitating couples may combine their total income).

• Have not participated in a Shell Vacations Club Vacation Ownership sales presentation within the past 12 months or own a Shell Vacations Club timeshare interest or vacation club membership.

• Present a picture ID (driver's license or state ID) verifying your residence (couples: requires residence at the same address).

• Present a valid major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover).
Debit or ATM cards are not accepted.

• All parties attending the Vacation Ownership sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English without the benefit of an interpreter.

Presentation of additional package incentives, i.e. Shopping Spree, Cruise with Dining Certificate, will occur after the tour and Vacation Ownership sales presentation is concluded. We are sorry but children under the age of 8 are not allowed to attend the presentation. Children between 2-7 years old may visit the supervised children's play area provided at the presentation while their parents are participating in the presentation. There are no facilities for infants under age 2 and infants may not attend the presentation. Sorry, pets are not allowed at the hotel (Please ask us for information regarding nearby pet hotels).

Upon successful completion of an approximately 90-minute sales presentation, you will receive the gift or incentive associated with your package. Failure to attend and complete the entire presentation will result in your credit card being charged the full retail rate of our package at the time of your stay and forfeiture of your gift or incentive. Through the action of purchasing this promotional package you acknowledge that you have read, meet and agree to the above terms and conditions and understand that if you arrive at the hotel provided by this promotional package and do not meet the requirements as shown above, you will be charged the hotel’s normal prevailing retail rate for hotel accommodations, plus tax and the cost of any incentives issued to you in conjunction with the promotional package, i.e. Attraction tickets, gift certificates, vouchers, etc. Charges to your credit card not to exceed $398.

The retail value of this promotional vacation package ranges from $378 - $538 depending on the season. The promotional vacation package provides a standard hotel room accommodation. Accommodations are for a maximum of two adults and maximum of two children, sharing the same double occupancy hotel room accommodation with either two double beds or one King size bed. Rollaway beds may be available, but are not included in the package price. Reservations are based on availability. The guest is responsible for the hotel occupancy tax of 14% (approx $13.30 per night), a $11.40 per night parking fee (includes tax for parking fee) and any incidentals charges incurred by the guest, such as transportation, meals, telephone charges, etc. The hotel requires a credit card deposit at time of check-in. A 14-day advance notification of rescheduling of a confirmed reservation is required. A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged each time a confirmed reservation is re-scheduled. Failure to arrive and check-in on a confirmed scheduled date will cause forfeiture of this promotional package and forfeiture of all advance purchase monies previously submitted for this promotional package. This offer is not valid for groups (two or more couples and/or families or friends traveling together) or in conjunction with any other promotional offer and is limited to only one offer per household. If you purchased a mini vacation package that does not have specific usage dates, this offer is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable. This offer and/or accommodation are not transferable. Travel Bargains reserves all rights including the right to provide a rain check or a like substitute incentive, if the offered accommodations or other package incentives are not available. In such event, you will be provided: (1) a like incentive of equivalent or greater retail value or a rain check for such substitute incentive; (2) a substitute incentive of equivalent or greater value; or (3) a rain check for the substitute incentive. Any recipient who receives an offered incentive may request and will receive evidence showing that the incentive provided matches the incentive randomly or otherwise selected for distribution to that recipient. Employees and their families of Shell Vacations, LLC or Travel Bargains, LLC or their respective affiliates or subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this offer.

The timeshare interest we offer is a membership in Shell Owners Club-West. The Shell Owners Club-West provides members a membership in an owners association as well as a membership in the Shell Vacations Club, an exchange program. Members may stay in units owned by their owners association (currently units in 6 resorts located in San Francisco and Anaheim in California and in Clackamas County, Oregon and Las Vegas, Nevada) or at other resorts participating in the Shell Vacations Club.
