This promotional package is offered by Travel Bargains, LLC and is subsidized by Fairfield Resorts, one of America’s largest vacation ownership companies, for the purpose of introducing its vacation ownership products.

This is a targeted promotion designed to appeal to individuals most likely to purchase vacation ownership from Fairfield Resorts; while Fairfield Resorts will sell to any individual regardless of race, age, sex, marital status, physical condition or sexual preference, to take part in this promotion and obtain any promised gift or vacation, participants in this promotion must meet the requirements as specified below:

To be eligible for this offer you must meet the following requirements:

• Attend and complete (both parties of a couple) an informative 120 minute tour and timeshare sales presentation.
• Be 21 years of age or older (If married or a cohabitating couple, one party of the "couple" shall meet the age requirement).
• Possess a gross annual income of a minimum $50,000. (married or cohabitating couples may combine their total income).
• Have not participated in a Fairfield Resorts timeshare sales presentation within the past 6 months or own a Fairfield Resort timeshare.
• Present a picture ID (driver's license or state ID) verifying your residence (couples require residence at the same address).
• Present a valid major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) debit or ATM cards are not accepted).
• One person attending the timeshare sales presentation must understand and speak fluent English without the benefit of an interpreter.
• Be a resident of the state of California

Any changes in eligibility must be in writing and be signed by an officer of Travel Bargains.

Presentation of additional package incentives, i.e. dining voucher, etc., will occur after the tour and sales presentation is concluded.

The retail value of this promotional vacation package ranges from $197 - $617 depending on the season.

Travel Bargains reserves all rights including the right to provide a rain check or a like substitute incentive, if the offered accommodations or other package incentives are not available. In such event, you will be provided: (1) a like incentive of equivalent or greater retail value or a rain check for such substitute incentive; (2) a substitute incentive of equivalent or greater value; or (3) a rain check for the substitute incentive. Any recipient who receives an offered incentive may request and will receive evidence showing that the incentive provided matches the incentive randomly or otherwise selected for distribution to that recipient.

Through the action of purchasing this package you acknowledge that you have read, meet and agree to the above terms and conditions and understand that if you arrive at the hotel provided by this promotional package and do not meet the requirements as listed above you will be charged the normal prevailing rate for hotel accommodations (up to $189 per night) and will not be eligible to receive the additional incentives provided by this promotional package.

The promotional package provides a standard hotel room accommodation at Palm Mountain Resort & Spa. Accommodations are for a maximum of two adults and maximum of two children under age 18, sharing the same hotel room accommodation. Reservations are based on availability. The guest is responsible for transportation, meals not included, the hotel occupancy tax of 13.5% (approx $8 per night Sunday thru Thrusday occupancy and aprox. $11 per night Friday or Saturday night occupancy) and incidentals such as long distance telephone charges, etc. and resort fees of $7.00 per day which provide: complimentary continental breakfast, local telephone calls, use of the Fitness Center and free parking). The hotel requires a credit card deposit at time of check-in. A 7-day advance notification of rescheduling of a confirmed reservation is required. A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged each time a confirmed reservation is re-scheduled. Failure to arrive on a confirmed scheduled date will cause forfeiture of this promotional package and forfeiture of all advance purchase monies previously submitted for this promotional package. Sorry, pets are not allowed at the hotel (Please ask us for information regarding nearby pet hotels).

This offer and/or accommodation are not transferable. Not valid for groups (two or more couples and/or families or friends traveling together). This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional and is limited to only one offer per household. This is an advance purchase package offer and is non-refundable and is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
