This promotional package is offered by Travel Bargains, LLC and is hosted by Silver Lake Resort, Ltd., for the purpose of introducing it’s vacation ownership products. Travel Bargains, LLC is located at 7540 Municipal Drive, Orlando Florida 32819. Silver Lake Resort is located at 7751 Black Lake Road, Kissimmee, FL 34747.

This is a targeted promotion designed to appeal to individuals most likely to purchase vacation ownership from Silver Lake Resort. To take part in this promotional offer and obtain any promised gift or vacation package, participants in this promotion must meet the following requirements:

To be eligible for this offer, you must meet the following requirements:

• Attend a 90 minute to 2 hour timeshare sales presentation at Silver Lake Resort. Presentations will not be scheduled for the date of your arrival or the date of your departure. No purchase is necessary. Failure to attend the sales presentation in its entirety results in the participant being required to pay the verifiable retail rate for each night of accommodation and tickets, less amounts previously paid on the vacation package. The verifiable retail rate of accommodations varies by season and dates of travel and will range from $85 to $285 per night, plus applicable resort/hotel taxes currently 13% per night in the Orlando area.

• Must have an annual household income of at least $55,000 (US)

• Must be gainfully employed

• Must be between the age of 25 to 72 years of age. Singles must be 35 years of age.

• Married or cohabitating couples must attend the sales presentation in its entirety together

• Must present a valid photo I.D. and credit card at check-in

• Must speak English

• Transportation, meals, taxes, including but not limited to hotel and rental car taxes, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included in this vacation package.

• Silver Lake Resort reserves the right to substitute hotels and/or resort rooms of equal or greater value based on availability.

This promotion is not available to residents of: Alaska, California, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

The retail value of this promotional vacation package ranges from $580.00 to $1,200.00 depending upon the season of travel.

• Your actual travel dates are subject to availability, and reservation confirmation is necessary. Confirmations are processed in writing only. Your final itemized itinerary and reservation confirmation will be delivered via U.S. Mail prior to travel or via E-Mail. Please do not make any airline reservations or other travel arrangements until you have received your final confirmation.

• You have up to fifteen (15) days from receipt of your vacation package to cancel. Notice of request for cancellation must be received by Silver Lake Resort in writing in the US Mail or via fax or e-mail. No other method will be accepted. Travel must be completed within 12 months from date of purchase. This offer expires 12/31/09; subject to change without notice.

• You may change your date of travel, subject to availability, with 30 days notice, 60 days for summer and holidays.

• This vacation package is not available to groups, current Silver Lake Resort owners, employees of either Travel Bargains, LLC, Silver Lake Resort of any of their affiliates, persons who have toured at Silver Lake Resort within the past 18 months. This package is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

• Silver Lake Resort is not responsible in any way for any default, negligence, loss, injury, death or other damages suffered in respect to or arising out of services and properties of independent third parties, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, and rental car vendors, nor for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to nature, strikes, or Acts of God.

• All federal, state and local laws apply. The sale and fulfillment of this package are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
