This is a targeted promotion designed to appeal to individuals most likely to purchase vacation ownership from Fantasea Resorts. While no one is excluded from touring our facilities to take part in this promotion and obtain any promised gift or vacation, participants in this promotion must meet the requirements as specified below:

Attend and complete (both parties of a couple) an informative 90 to 120 minute timeshare sales presentation.
23 years of age or older
Possess a gross annual income of a minimum $50,000. (Married or cohabitating couples may combine their total income).
Must present a valid photo I.D. and credit card at check-in. No debit cards accepted.
Married, cohabitating or engaged couples must attend the sales presentation together. Singles are OK.
Must not have tour the Flagship Resort, Atlantic Palace or La Sammana resorts within the last 12 months. Nor be an timeshare owner of any of these resorts.
English must spoken fluently by both parties.

This promotional package is only available to residents of the following states: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Deleware, Virginia, Rhode Island, Massachusettes and District of Columbia.

Presentation of additional package incentives, i.e. Attraction Tickets, will occur after the tour and sales presentation is concluded.

Vacations are a promotional consideration given in exchange for taking a scenic tour of one of our resorts (approx. 90 minutes). The price range for timesharing vacation plans available to you is $9,900 to $30,000 (subject to change). The purpose of the advertising promotion is to acquaint you with our facilities and vacation ownership program (timesharing) however, you are under no obligation to purchase. The Sea & Ski Certificate is sponsored by Minivacations, Inc. The Sea & Ski vacation certificate is for 2 adults 21 years and older and gainfully employed. If you are married you must use the certificate together. The Sea and Ski certificate requires a $50.00 refundable room guarantee deposit. Once your deposit is received your reservations will be processed. All reservations should be made at least 90 days in advance. All reservations are subject to availability. You must allow at least 30 days between vacations when utilizing your 6 vacations.

The offer does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, telephone calls or personal incident expenses.

Even if not eligible for this promotion, everyone is welcome to participate in vacation ownership at The Royal Suites at Atlantic Palace, Flagship or La Sammana. The Royal Suites at Atlantic Palace and The Flagship are registered with the New Jersey Dept. of Consumer Affairs and the New York Department of Law. Obtain the New Jersey Public Offering statement from the sponsor: Royal Suites - R1080A; Flagship - 993A. New York residents should ask for and receive a New York Timeshare Offering Statement. La Sammana is registered with the New Jersey Dept. of Consumer Affairs (R3258A). Registration does not constitute endorsement of the merits or value of the property. If participating in the 3 Day / 2 Night Package, and after check in at the hotel you miss your appointed tour at the scheduled time and place and/or fail to bring your spouse, if married, or fiance if engaged, to the tour, and/or do not meet the qualifications for participation, your credit card will be charged for the full retail value of your stay at the hotel. The amount placed on your credit card is non - refundable, regardless of cancellation or date change. Your promotional rate applies only to your original dates. The developer may at its option charge a fee to reschedule your date. Alternate accommodations will be used if necessary or required due to unforseen circumstances.
